Torpedo Belly
Hi all. Lara here. So, as you all can see, my belly isn’t exactly round – more of a “torpedo belly” as one of my friends perceptively observed. I made Damian take about ten pictures trying to make it seem rounder, but it stayed pointy no matter how I hunched or twisted or straightened out. Oh well. Maybe we’re having a cone head . . .
17 weeks
Here’s a photo showing Lara’s progress at 17 weeks. Apparently Finny was feeling left out so he decided to join Lara for this photo. We will hopefully find out the baby’s sex this week… so there are only a few days left to vote in the poll.
The first ultrasound
We have our first ultrasound scheduled for next Thursday, August 27th. We are excited to find out the sex of the baby… we are not going to wait for the surprise. In fact, we were wondering why people decide to wait… it’s not as though knowing is going to change anything after all, right?
